Wow - that's gorgeous! And a great price too! I'm another lover of the kitchen and the rooms look like a great size. End terraced is always a nice compromise too
cheaper than semi detached but generally more spacious garden.
And you're right - that's only 3 miles from my houseCC1: £4481.14/ £5031.14 (12% paid off, £600) | CC2:£3307/ £3807 (14.4% paid off, £550) | Loan: £10,528.20/ £15,792.30((33% paid off, £5,264))

Just newly listed, I go on everyday lol. Its just stood out for me. Still no word from them. Might phone them on my lunch.
Quiet weekend planned, going to paint my hall and finish painting my toilet - give me something to do and also not spending money. Tomorrow I got a groupon thing me and my friend booked to do indoor climbing then going to sit in hers Saturday night. Sunday I am taking my boy get his hair chopped for going back to school. What is everyone else doing?xx

Sounds like a good weekend planned - productive and minimal spending, but without lacking the fun element.
My weekend is so busy - tonight I'm going to the theatre in town with my friend then tomorrow I need to be in Stirling to get my boys fitted for page boy kilts by 0930, then a party back in Hamilton at 11-1. Then another party 4-6... I'l be ready for my bed by 8pm. Then it's my cousin's 11th birthday on Sunday so we'll visit him. Birthday central!
I'd definitely call about the house on your lunch break - a house for that price in as decent condition as that might be snapped up pretty quickly so there's no harm in registering your interest and being keen to get a viewing in. Who knows, maybe you could squeeze a viewing in amongst all the painting?
I love viewing houses - it's one of my favourite things to do. My friend is going to be looking for a house soon and I've put my hand up to go to viewings with her for a second opinionCC1: £4481.14/ £5031.14 (12% paid off, £600) | CC2:£3307/ £3807 (14.4% paid off, £550) | Loan: £10,528.20/ £15,792.30((33% paid off, £5,264))

Hi Monz,
Gosh I've been away from this site for too long! Life gets so crazy sometimes.
Looks like you and your boy had a wonderful time in Florida :T We loved it there and can't wait to go back one day.
Just had a nose at your (fingers crossed) new house. It's lovely! Love the kitchen. Can't believe the price...a similar property here would cost nearer £140,000  All the good luck in the world to you getting it! xxEmergency Savings #73 = £1,500/£2,000

Done my VO surveys now at £6.90 hoping next week order my next boots voucher making it 20/50 for my mum! Saw they added tesco vouchers so might start collecting them after
Thanks Honeybee my boy wants to go back when they open star wars land so we will have a chat next year if we are to book Australia or go back to Florida as hes only this young once and want to enjoy it while I can. I know the area well where it is and know there is a halfway house there hence when I want to go weekend at night time see if its loud and that. xxDebt (1/9/14) £6,702.11 Debt free (30/11/2016) mortgage port- £70,077.82 and mortgage £126,517.39 o/s currently
