no deposit refund from car hire - doyouspain/enterprise/atesa

Hi all - Im after some advice. I rented a car in Mallorca which was booked through agents 'Doyouspain'. The rental company was 'Enterprise/Atesa' which I had hoped were reliable.
On arrival they did not have the class of car I ordered as they had run out so they gave me a larger car. I paid a €150 damage deposit and declined any extra insurance as had taken out separate cover via 'Direct Car Excess'. I rented the car on a 'full-full' fuel basis.
I returned the car on the agreed date with a full tank of fuel and no damage. The return form is ticked in being the 'same condition'. I was assured by the agent that I would receive a refund of the deposit back to my card.
On the same date, rather than being refunded €150 I was charged an additional €3.31 so am now €153.31 out of pocket. I have nothing to indicate why I have not been refunded and charged further. I still have all of the original documentation - contact, deposit receipt, the collection/delivery form.
There is no contact number for 'Doyouspain' so I emailed them on 1 September but still have no response despite 2 follow up emails. I also called Enterprise in Spain who asked me to email them the details which I did a week ago - again, no response.
Where do I go from here ? The only thing I can think is that the company have charged me extra for a class of car I did not request but this was not mentioned on collection and nothing is shown in the documentation.
The deposit (but not the payment to Doyouspain) was made on credit card - will they be able to help in this scenario ?
any ideas ? thanks!
