EE broadband duplicate accounts

Does the EE representative still post here? I've got a problem that I'm having trouble sorting out.
I set up EE broadband a few weeks ago, but due to a mistake somewhere, two accounts got set up for me, with two engineer visits (on two different days) etc. Yesterday I called and got one cancelled, but I think they cancelled the wrong one, so I'm left with an angineer visit that I cannot make (even though I very clearly told them which one to cancel). I'm trying to get in touch with EE to find out what's going on, but I can't call right now (mobile signal deadzone and I can't use the work phone for an 0844 number) and I can't find an email address online. The live chat person couldn't help me.
The two engineer visits are scheduled for Thursday and Friday (I want the Friday one), so I don't have a lot of time to sort this out.
Can somone provide an email address or, preferably, a local or 0800 number?

Actually, nevermind. Just managed to call them and it seems they cancelled the right one, so I have an engineer coming on Friday.
For what it's worth: so far my service from EE has been great. Of course technically the account has started yet, so we'll see, but so far so good.0
