Yes they have 56 days. Who are we talking about here as I've never heard of TBA ?

I thought for a windscreen ticket it had to arrive between day 29 and 56 to invoke keeper liability.

Which PPC is it? I assume tab is your username not the PPC.

Edit: I must wake up before I post. Read 14 days not 114.

So appeal using C-Ms letter as per newbie thread.

Just to check it is not a DRP letter. Although even if it is, you grat it as NTK and appeal to PPC not DRP .

Can you tell who exactly is the parking company, where this parking incident happened? And are you the registered keeper?

    Thanks

It's worth us waiting to see who the PPC is first. If not in the BPA or IPC they will have no ability to get the RK details.

Dee - check your specs - it arrived 114 (one hundred and fourteen) days after NtD. I know, it's early in the morning, yeh, yeh, yeh! :rotfl:

The OP got the NTK now, so surely they have the keeper details now.

Oh and Umkomaas, sadly they are new specs!

We need answers as they may not be using pofa 2012 as it could be an airport or railway ticket for example

What's their refund policy? Have you got someone else's? :D

Sorry TBA morning madness going on. Your thread copped it.

But you do need to answer the various questions for us to give you the right advice . Stroma especially asks important questions.

They do indeed but were they allowed them ? ;)

Sadly I have a feeling this is going to be one of those single post threads by the OP.
