  • Hi, yes I submitted the defense saying the claim was incompetent on grounds of jurisdiction and I have just had a letter back from the county court saying that the claim has been struck out for said reason.
    Many thanks to all of you for your help.

    I'd suspect the latter, hence the limited addressing. A 'frightener' hoping for a knee jerk response, to make it all go away.
