Is your address in the court papers in Scotland ?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

No, it has my town then my post code but no mention of my county Ayrshire0

So no mention of Scotland at all, yet again they issue a claim out of area, you need to defend this , so acknowledge the claim ask for 28 days, and dispute jurisdiction as county courts do not cover Scotland . How do you know they're genuine papers? Make sure the court stamp is on them, or phone the court to check it's for real.0
