I give up..Blasted Turbolister wants my location- my postcode is apparently insufficient to allow me to bother listing on their rubbish site. I can't add more than my usual post code to identify my location- what else do they want ? Upstairs in the study, at map location xx by xx .

I give up, what a waste of a blasted day

I'm not sure if that's accurate. I've sold 4 things (at really flat prices) and the two people that have paid immediately are in the 'red zone'

My buyer is in Berkshire and I think that is also in the red zone.

I can't get anywhere near ebay now, I just get page unavailable.

Never mind, who wants to list on their rubbish site anyway, I'm sure there is a glass of wine with my name on it somewhere instead

  • This is ridiculous, been down at least 4 hours, and no indication when it'll be back up.
  • I have not been able to get into Ebay for hours now ! had all sorts of things on my watch list due to end today !!! I am not a happy bunny at all, I had bid on a couple of things but don't know what has happened as I have not received an e-mail either way to say you have won or lost out !!...I tried my Ipad but had no luck with that either, I feel so sorry for the sellers !....

I like how they say "some" people affected. Who are these "some" people?

I wonder if they are trying to make the site user(un)friendly like paypal (where they messed it up trying to get it more mobile friendly) and in the mean time, whilst everyone with a phone can access it, people like me who don't want to use the internet on a phone....can't!
According to one site, it's been down since 6.30am!!!! It'll soon be 12 hrs later!!!!
Wonder how many poor sellers will receive defects over this.

It's one thing after another with that stoopid site! It was only last week people couldn't access the site and now this again! I've truly had enough of them!!! If we ever manage to log back in, I wonder what awful new changes they've made this time! It must be something big to cause this to happen!

It seems to be back at the moment. Some one who lives in Kent paid, so I tried and lo and behold it seems to be working - for now anyway

Worryingly I can now browse, but I can't log in. However, I can only browse in Best Match if I try and change it to 'ending soonest' I get page unavailable.

Our house in Bath is very strange. PC in study working fine. iPad which I'm using fine, no probs. Laptop my hubby is using at the other end of the sofa down. What's that all about? eBay got a thing about laptops?
  • I have been unable to get on ebay at all now for over 4 hours - yet speaking to friends in Europe they have had no problems at all, and are openly saying that they are getting absolute bargains today
