    Just a guess from what appears to be pyro incoming distribution main.

    The MEM box might be double pole fusing which if so should be replaced by your electricity network operator. It may also have asbestos flash pads inside it.

    The fuseboard needs its original cover over the front of the fuses as otherwise it fails ingress protection and there are live parts just inside the gap between the fuses and the case. The cover is also required to prevent molten metal spraying out of the fusebox when a fuse fails.

    Earthing appears to be recent.

    If the rest of the installation is in good order it's probably 'safe enough', but due for replacement really. Only 1 lighting circuit and (probably) 1 socket circuit are inadequate today.
