IGNORE THE DEBT COLLECTORS, like it tells you in post #4 of that same newbies thread

DRP are toothless and can do nothing except send out scary looking nasty letters

if you havent read the sticky threads, then you are handicapping yourself through lack of research

at this moment there is nothing you can actually do, apart from trying to get a landowner cancellation
