  • Ok so 2 different replies. Ignore ignore ignore and appeal.

Even in Scotland I need to appeal. Is that because it's a hire car? And the sister can't drive. Deaf and has cerebral palsy.

    Will start appeal process tomorrow.

Oh it's Scotland. Ignore. Sorry I missed that one.,

    So ignore ignore ignore

My apologies for confusion, I was trying to do 2 things at the same time, never a good idea when giving advice.

Stroma is totally right and I am totally wrong.

You got 2 different replies because some have not clocked it's Scotland , you have the letters to the address , that is because the dvla say the RK is your sister, and not motobility , so deal with this on her behalf and simply ignore

No it's nothing to do with them, the dvla has your sister as the Registered Keeper, they may be the owner but it's what's on the V5 that counts in this case.
