This is the case at some airports but not all.
It's the case at ALL airports now - Ryanair have made it part of their
package, so applies to all Ryanair flights.
One carry-on case
One handbag/small bag
One Duty Free bag.

The reason Ryanair now allow a 2nd small piece of hand luggage is because they now only 90 large items of hand luggage in the cabin, everything over 90 goes in the hold free of charge. Make sure you pack your hand luggage accordingly.
Though that's not necessarily rigorously enforced.0 -

Sorry, I was wrong when I said you could take a handbag AND a carrier bag. However, if travelling as a couple it would be OK for the lady to carry a handbag and the gentleman the carrier bag.Normal people worry me.0
