Problems with O2 - Advice/Help needed

Hi,

I would appreciate any help or advice on this one

sorry but this is all a bit long winded.....

Mid June I ordered a Nokia N95 from the O2 website costing £89.99 I paid up but had no confirmation through, so next day contacted O2 who could not find any details of the order so advised me to place the order again.

Next day I tried to place the order again on the website but it failed so went to my local O2 shop and got the phone for free. All good so far, I thought.
The following day I received my original internet order through the post

I contacted O2 and sent the phone back and got a proof of delivery. They still haven't refunded my money and they have now asked for the monthly line rental as I cancelled the DD to make sure I didn't loose any more money.

Does anyone have any advice for me before I call O2 customer services
Looking to raise some money ;)
