Hey, this is my first post please be gentle as I don't know if this is the right thread. I ordered this evening a washing machine from Tesco Direct. I paid for the item and received an order confirmation. I then received an email four hours later to say that my order has been cancelled and I would be refunded in 3-5 days. When I went back on the website the item was showing as out of stock. I am out of work at the minute and that money was all I have and am in desperate need of a washing machine. Does anyone know if I can request that the money be refunded immediately? thanks0
