...Housing Associations don't give a Secure Tenancy but an Assured Tenancy which is the equivalent.
Errrr... nope: See Shelter who list 5 sorts of HA tenancy agreements, of which "secure" is one...

An assured tenancy has much weaker rights for the tenant: Or tortoise do you have alternative authorities - if so please quote & reference??
