No people like him are the reason why parking companies exist, and trust me the guys over on pepipoo are in agreement. Nobody endorses abuse of car parks, so rather than knocking people try reading what people write!
But the fact is ukcps hasn't got a loss of £14k , that is just their unlawful penalties, if this person cared about this he would defend every case, it sounds to me as if he has been declared bankrupt recently and he doesn't give a monkeys about his credit record. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

This could be one of the very few cases in PPC world where the deployment of bailiffs is a bit more than an empty threat. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not if he's bankrupt. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
As above its people like that that give the PPC world the oxygen they need to justify their own pitiful existence.
If someone makes a genuine mistake of parking in a disabled bay and/or that bay is badly marked then theres not much of a problem, and they should be treated likewise if asking for help on here and anywhere else.
if someone deliberately parked in a disabled bay because they coudnt be arsed to park elsewhere then again they should be offered advice but no sympathy at all in dealing with the PPC
As for parent + child spaces, these do nothing bu devalue the provision of disabled bays b y giving people a false sense of entitlementFrom the Plain Language Commission:

I'm sure The Deep will be along shortly to argue against forum regulars (hobbyists!) again and jump, unusually, to the defence of the motorist in his typical crusty way. Anything to provoke more controversy.

I don't believe any hobbyists here or on Pepipoo would have any sympathy for this man at all. Can you point me too a post here or on PPP were someone has defended the right of an individual who has abused a disabled bay?
In fact they are normally well chastised before being helped to defend an unfair penalty for doing so.
In this man's case he didn't make a mistake, he seemed to be doing it purposely and even though him maybe having too pay these amounts to UKCPS, I don't think many hobbyists here will be shedding a tear!
I will get in before a reply, even if UKCPS receive the full £14.000 they would not, and will not protect ONE disabled bay from abuse!0 -

Delete the words "the right of" and there are many.

Agreed. However, if they do it in a Council space they get fined, if they do it on private land they get off scot free. I am struggling to see the justice in that. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
