New TV, Bargains?

Hi guys,

First post on here so be nice :)

I'm actually looking to buy a new TV for my living room and wondered if anyone could shed some light on where is best to do so? Reasonable sized but nothing OTT and decent quality for again, a reasonable price?

Thanks,

Sam :)

The screen size is largely determined by the viewing distance, so you'll need to advise that.
Budget ('reasonable' doesn't really tell us much)?
    Another vote for RS.

Well, give us some numbers! ;-) What have you got at the moment, and what dimensions can you take, and do you have a budget in mind, and what other equipment are you going to connect? Some people will demand that you buy a certain screen size for a certain viewing distance (distance between your eyes and the TV) as if it's law but don't get too hung up on it.
