How can you be sure they are not toxic ? or painted with lead paint ?

No-one cares. They are cheap. That is all that matters.

I agree, just take a risk. If it's too much money then don't. Some of the items on here are complete bargains.

I've ordered some scarves from different suppliers for myself to see what the quality is like, if they're good they'll be ideal stocking fillers
  • I've just ordered 3 pairs of earrings, they came to a grand total of just over £5. They say they are 925 silver, but we'll see. I'm not intending to wear them all the time so I guess it doesn't really matter but it would be good to see what I can get for my money.

I've bought a couple of bags too from Aliexpress and although I did like one of them (was a Kipling style bag) the other one wasn't as good quality wise.

All I would say is that if you buy from here, just buy with your eyes open.

I've recently got into cycling and have ordered cycling tops and shorts from aliexpress which came to approx £15. Whilst they took about 3-4 weeks to arrive the quality was as good as what you'd buy from a UK shop but at a fraction of the price.

The only advise I can give is make sure you check the sizing as it is different from supplier to supplier.
  • I only found aliexpress a couple of weeks ago. Placed a few orders for little bits (mainly for my daughter, nail rhinestones, phone cover etc) - noticed the 'swarovski' (I'm not that naïve btw!!) phone case I ordered for me is just under a fiver - comes in a 'swarovski' box and is being sold on ebay from uk sellers as genuine for over £20.00! - have had a couple of small things through (wall art stickers - bargain!!, mirrored love clock - love it) and they took about 2 weeks. Have a problem with one seller however - he can't supply the goods and has asked me to cancel the order based on me changing my mind - I said I will cancel it based on he cant' supply. I put in a cancellation request on that and he refused it! - sent me an email saying they cannot supply goods and will send a gift as a gesture of goodwill - told him I don't want a gift - I want either the ordered goods or a refund and he replied saying my gift is on it's way - I ob. have to wait until the gift comes before I can commence a dispute to try and get my money back. Like some of the clothes just not sure on the sizing - love some of the jewellery - just cant decide what to order yet lol

I had one seller like that and he advised that I selected the first one which I think was repeated orders and got refund back after about 3 days, you sure you can't cancel it still?
have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving
