Why on earth would they do this to a property they were selling, instead of progressing with the sale and leaving it for you??
Even if you're still keen I'd at least be thinking about whether the original offer back in April is still reasonable - April was a frenzied time in the South, it's less of a seller's market now and they have made changes which at least to you must mean it's worth less?0 -
@BlaEm - because no mortgage company would put a mortgage against a property that was dangerous = no sale. The council have been involved because it is next to a public right of way.
