Its been 3 weeks now since I posted my soft appeal to the address above. Is this normal?

Another thread I just posted in had a rejection and popla code in 6 days from the same UKCPM recently.

Should I resubmit online or wait it out?

Worried they will take advantage of the fact I used the wrong address and pretend they never got it, or claim it was to the wrong address. Another user told me to send via post.

They have 35 days from receipt of your appeal, so there's still plenty of time yet. But perhaps email a copy too (if you haven't already) - make sure the email states that you've already posted the same appeal.

    Thanks.

Little worried. Theres no details of doing this online. On the back of the NTK it says

    Contesting...

Please write to the following address within 28 days of receiving this reminder. .... will be considered and replied to within 14 days.

I did send this to 'UK-CPM, PO Box...'

and not Appeals & Enquiries, PO Box'

Will they be petty about this and pretend it wasnt received?

    Of course they will!

Any excuse to 'time you out' so you can't get to POPLA will be taken. Why wouldn't you send an appeal to an 'Appeals & Enquiries' address when the NtK clearly states that's where it should go?

Get that free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof - you might just need that!

    Sorry to keep going on...

Maybe ive well and truly lost my chance here.

    PCN issued Beginning Sept 2014.

NTK is dated 10th October. Submitted to 'wrong' address 28th October.

So thats well over 28 days to appeal now and assuming they have ignored my appeal what on earth can I do now other than pay it or wait for threat letters?

Well for a start you can stop being so pathetic and stop even thinking about paying it!

You've appealed, end of. It makes not a jot of difference whether you addressed it to the company name or a specific department, it's the same bloody postal address! If they are petty enough to claim you sent it to the wrong address then that in itself will be proof that they received it, otherwise how would they know? If they ignore it then you will forget about the stupid address and follow the same process as everyone else who gets appeals ignored.
