Please can I have help regarding fibre optic and best prices

Evening, just been on the phone to sky who are my current provider for my fibre optic and my telephone,

Currently I pay £20 for my fibre optic
£15.40 bt line rental
£5 unlimited calls
So the total is £40.40

I am in a good position as I am in a rolling contract now, all sky offered as a deal was to knock £10 off my total a month so it would be £30.40.
I just wonder if there are any better options out there ?

If you spoke to a tier one agent in the call centre, then they never have the meaty deals. You need to say you want your MAC and get through to retentions, they're the one with the authority to do the best deals.
Research the other suppliers and if you can get under £30, quote them that deal and ask them to better it.
However 25% off the rack rate is not too bad, since you are effectively getting FTTC for £10 a month. Maybe try to get Anytime calls included for no extra charge?

Yeah u just got offered £10 off which is on the site anyway so I said that wasn't really an incentive to get tied in for another year
