if you are claiming ESA, you are already claiming an out of work benefit.
CA is a work replacement benefit.
you cant expect to get both as ypu are forgoing paid employment in order to care

Thank you for the great advice. £160 ish is about the level of income if we go down this route. I find the benefits system so complicated so just wanted to be sure before my mum makes any decisions.0
