In my opinion they are just something else to clutter up the worktop.

I was bought one, used it once and then threw it away.

Nothing beats an old fashioned saucepan and then a hand blender or sometimes I make mine in the slow cooker aswell.

Not very MSE if you really did just throw it away!:)

If this is the kettle style one i loved it for months but i got the workings wet and it never worked again. I came back months later adn it still didnt' work binned it in the end. Clean straight after use. Its a faff to clean and be careful you dont' get the wrong bit wet.

It's not difficult to clean at all - did you not read the large 'DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER' warning? I just rinse the top part under the tap and lightly scrub inside, no hassle at all.

OP, highly recommended, I wouldn't be without mine.

It splashed when i was cleaning it i didn't immerse it at all. I was quite careful with it. It was the top part not the lead part.

  • when is his offer supposed to be on because there wasn't any sign of these in the two Lidls in my town today.

Funny how you can come on here and discover there's something you didn't know existed but now really want!
