I'm really excited, my family are travelling out to see my daughter and her family in Cayman in February (we've just got permission from granddaughters school!) so I've been online looking at flights.
Robinflights.co.uk are coming up Waaaaay cheaper (like £200!!) per flight than the usual suspects such as Expedia and Skyscanner et al but I've never heard of them before.
My daughter had a bad experience booking flights a couple of years ago with ebookers so I'm wary about using them but this is such a big saving I'm wondering if it's worth the risk.
Anyone heard of them or used them?

Never heard of them, poorly designed website, statements on front page that looks like they've been Google translated into English, you have to call to complete bookings. Those are already four major red flags.

Book direct from the airline and a) you are unlikely to have any issues, and b) if you do have issues you can resolve them directly with the provider rather than having to go through a 3rd party.

Personally would not touch them with a barge pole - also no recognised ATOL IATA etc registration numbers. Cannot quickly see anything on Google Street View.

Well they do have an ATOL for 30,000 seats a year so there is some substance to this business but as others have said, if they write nonsense on their website, imagine what it will be like trying to deal with their call centre in Outer Mongolia!

Also if you do book direct you can book with a Credit Card and get some measure of protection - book through a 3rd party like this one or even a big reputable travel agent and that protection won't be there.
