O2 poor service

I decided to switch to O2 in March this year and purchased a 2 year contract with a new phone for £28 a month. The only problem I have had is signal strength while at work (A mast in your area is experiencing high demand). While I admit that O2 cannot guarantee coverage, I have found out that this issue has been ongoing since January. This results in data signal not working correctly and frequently missing calls - although you get the call alert so you can call them back.

I've followed all of the usual routes and complained in writing and received a fantastic response today:

"I understand I'm unable to resolve the complaint at this time. As a gesture of goodwill to say sorry for the inconvenience caused, I've added a £5 per month discount to your account. This will stay on your account for the remaining months and bring your monthly bill down to £23. "

My point of this post is to show that it is worth complaining about receiving poor service
