Biomass Pellet Boiler - Thermal Store/Buffer Tank/Water tank question
Comments
-
Thanks for the replies. I struggle to see the distinction between buffer tank and thermal store and if there are not just one and the same being referred to in different terms?
Do buffer tanks have temp sensors on them to monitor the temp of the water in them to ensure the boiler keeps them at a certain level?
Thats how I had the thermal store explained to me.

Many people use 'buffer tank' and thermal store' interchangeably. They work in the same way.0
