EE and picture messaging

Hi!

I'm with EE on a sim only deal. I've been sending pictures messages to a few people since around Saturday, now my phone tells me with a little red exclamation mark that they haven't been delivered, this is not the case with all, only some and also the case with some iMessage photographs.

I noticed I have been charged for these so I called EE but the lady said because I've hit send on the phone that's why I've been charged even if the person didn't receive it... But then she put me through to technical support when I explained it was my Imessaging too and they said there was a "glitch" on my account that will be sorted within 24 hours and they will reset my network.

My question is should I be charged for the undelivered picture messages?

Thanks in advance.

Steph
