Why'd they have 2 policies on the same car?
On the basis of having business insurance then its likely its via a broker and so they probably pass on non-fault claims to this solicitor firm rather than to the insurer.
It can also be the repairs are below the insurance excess in which case its a pure uninsured loss recovery which would be dealt with under a Legal Expenses policy by being passed to Solicitors (or accident management company)0 -
