Stuck with BT billing issue

Hi everyone, so I am pretty much stuck with a billing issue with BT here, let me explain

I have the BT infinity package that costs £26 per month, as a result of this you get BT Sport free.

Initially we had the first 3 months at £20 no problem then it goes up to £26, again no problem as this was expected. However the month after it got reduced to £7.50 for the installation costs back (or something of that nature) and then the month after went to £4.

I called the BT guys who put me through to billing who said it was a result of the BT sports discount appearing twice and that they corrected it and it will be reflected in the bill. Fast forward 1 week and the bill comes out at £4. No matter I thought, maybe it missed some cut off point so next months will be the usual £26 plus the £22 I'd owe from the prior month, a bit much but the money is accounted for nonetheless. NOPE the bill came in at £2....

I foresee a point where BT will be paying me to keep the broadband but all jokes aside I have been on to billing twice now and both times they said they will put this right - what can I do here. I know that BT will come back and ask for the money like it was never their fault but I don't want to/can't afford to be stung with the big bill all at once
