    False imprisonment is a criminal offence. I know the CPS have had their share of cutbacks, but I don't think they're relying on CFAs to cover their costs just yet.

    It does seem a bit suspicious wearing a hoodie and shorts in September! Though we don't know if the 'hood' was up or down?
    Wouldn't it be 'good manners' to always put down when going inside!?

    By holding you and refusing to let you leave, unless they have lawful grounds for holding you (see post #28).

    "Imprison" doesn't necessarily mean to hold somebody in a prison.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
