another iron in the fire, since this coming to light I've been told I can view online statements which I proceeded to do so. The laptop cost £349.00 and in my August statement it reads 'correction to account - £4.73' which is the charge that has marked me in question. since I have paid off the balance in 3 payments totalling the £349 balance which has closed it in full!! What does this mean now!? it looks like they took of that charge but im still marked? is that the case and it will be sored when they comply accordingly?
