Hi Shanesteel
If a judgment has been paid, you should provide your proof of payment to the court and they’ll arrange for the record to be updated.
Generally they’ll tell us about the change within 2 weeks.
You can request a Certificate of satisfaction. This costs £15 (payable to HMCS), and once the court is aware that a judgment is paid, Registry Trust Ltd. will amend their records and tell all of the credit reference agencies about the change.
Satisfied judgments remain on our records for 6 years from the date they were recorded and then they are automatically removed.

Have got the company in question to contact the court to confirm that the judgments were fully satisfied.
So once 6 years is up they will disappear?Winnings so far: 1 x book0 -
Hi Shanesteel,
If the company has provided you with confirmation of payment you will need to contact the court yourself and provide them a copy of the confirmation.
The court will then be able to update the judgment to show as satisfied.
The judgment stays on the report for six years and will then come off automatically, regardless of whether it has been updated to show as paid or not.
Kind Regards
