MSE vouchers special deal for LV= Insurance

Hopefully someone at MSE can respond to this problem. I started a thread in another area (Essential Money -> Insurance & Life Assurance) but have had no response from MSE yet. Thread link is here... https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5048642
A few weeks ago now, I took out car insurance via the MSE link offering a £30 Amazon voucher. The email you get when you register for the deal states "The gift certificate will be sent once a genuine application is validated and three consecutive months’ premiums have been collected if you pay monthly or you have paid in full if you paid up front."
Well I paid in full, up front but haven't received the voucher yet. Others are also reporting the same issue.
So there seems to be a problem with the vouchers MSE is offering if we follow it's links.

Thanks Andrea for responding. I've more information which I'll post in the other thread.
A general point though, I don't think it's that clear that when MSE says "we've got/blagged a special deal for MSE readers, follow this link and you'll get a £nn voucher for xyz" that it is a third party responsible for giving the voucher, ie. it's neither MSE nor the company you're buying from.
It's clear that if MSE are saying "there is a deal on FredCompare whereby if you buy x you'll get a cashback/voucher deal of y" then there's an intermediary involved but not so obvious in the example above.
I'm only making the point because it's mentioned in plenty of places on MSE that you shouldn't rely on getting cashback etc from intermediary sites but the "MSE blagged" type of deals don't seem to emphasize that. In this case I thought the gift certificate was either coming straight from LV= or from MSE because it was getting rewarded for forwarding business.0 -
Thanks Mike
Can you make sure anything like that is in the email to the team then they'll be able to respond straight to you. We always appreciate feedback so if it's something we can help make people clearer on that's great.Could you do with a Money Makeover?
