    Am I doing something wrong?
    Received Tuesday. Sent Nectar card number to 40774 and got acknowledgement of it being linked but still no bundle or balance today

    If it's like last time, you have to wait up to seven days and if it's not automatically activated, call them to have it done manually.

    Not sure how I can get three months this time.

    Edit Friday: activated.

    Gosh! It's 3 days since we texted a Nectar number and spoke to a person. Nothing yet, other than 3 texts saying things like 'welcome' and 'you're missing out'.

    A call just now produced the 'up to 7 days' mantra ...

    Linked my Nectar Card about 5.00 pm Thursday by texting number to 40774. Received message from 40774 saying "Congratulations you have successfully linked your mobile with nectar card *****"

    Had another message from 40773 saying "Hello and welcome to mobile by Sainsbury's, The only network where you can collect nectar pooints and get exclusive offers at Sainsbury's blah, blah".

    If I check my balance on *#1345# it says £0.00?

    Just rang the landline (twice) out of curiosity and spoke to, err, myself - does this mean I've got the bundle?

    Call 40775, it will tell you your balance (none) and bundle and when it ends - free call. :j

    I got 799 minutes etc expiring on 11/10/14.

    You can probably tell I'm a bit of a technophobe/dinosaur with mobiles:o

    I put my Sim in a really old, cheap and nasty Nokia (I'm too embarrassed to say the model number) which had been on Asda's PAYG and it worked.

    Just bought my first smartphone and I'm not getting on too well with it - it's been on a shelf for 2 days because I nearly threw it across the room trying to set it up!:mad:
