Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has heard of a situation where someone changes their admittance of liability after the event ? Its all bizarre in that the person admitted liability, the insurance company then informed us to get the car fixed. One fixed they said that they had now closed the claim. A few weeks later we received notification from the insurance company that the other party had now had second thoughts and now don't accept liability. Just wondering if anyone had heard of this sort of thing and what will happen as the work has been completed ! Any help greatly appreciated

Probably better re-posted on the general insurance board rather than PPI
