Just a small vent about Student Finance Wales!

As the title - just wish a small vent. SFW has made numerous errors for us over the years, including not grasping when we had two sons at Uni, coping with our income dropping or locations changing, Uni's being listed wrongly despite us putting them in correctly... This institution is not the most popular on our household.
Latest exploit by them: son receives a letter about his loan for coming academic year yesterday, dated 2nd September. It changes the figures that we were sent information about in June - ok, but I notice it includes considerable payback of his Welsh Assembly Grant. It also says he will be in year 1 - wrong, he will be in year 2. Cue email sent to the local student support services people.
I recheck all the paperwork we have this morning, and find that actually the recent letter is an exact duplicate of the one we were sent 20th September 2013, barring the date :mad: . No wonder the figures were all changed! What checks are done before paperwork is sent out? - and how many other people might have had errors like this and lost out unknowingly??
How on earth could they make such a mistake?! I think Monday or Tuesday I will try to get scanned copies of the two documents and ring them as well as email them to find out what he should be getting.
