I'm going to ring up tomorrow and ask my options again,I was heated last week when I had a call back,

It is very, very important to keep calm when talking to them although I appreciate that can be extremely difficult at times. Ask them to explain exactly why your benefit has been stopped as you will need to state why you believe the decision is wrong when you appeal.

Ok thanks for the information,I'm just scared by it all,I always said it was a care of address until a jc official changed it to permanent or as said by her I couldn't claim any benefit, now months down the line this has flared up,now I'm worrying like hell that I will get a criminal record or put in prison, all this for two and half years of one and off esa.
Regardless if I was married years ago,if I didn't get on with the partner why should I have claimed together that's not right, hence why I was on my own with my own claim.

Only if you are in a continuing relationship with someone can you claim that they are your partner.
    Doing otherwise is fraud.
  • Yes I know that much but I haven't been,that's the thing
