£34 Default with Hutchison 3G, only just noticed it.

I now have an update on my situation, I saw a reply to a post a few days ago...

This has helped me massiveley. I phoned them yesterday and explained the situation that I have and that I have emailed a few times to their customer services and had been told that they will not be changing the default. However the executive office were so helpful and said that they would get back to me within 24 hours, I have just had a phone call from someone from the executive office and he advised that 3 will be updating the information supplied to the credit referencing agencies and the default will be removed... he advised that this should be done within 28 days an that I will get an email shortly to back up what he has said.

If anyone else is in the same situation then I advise you do the same, they are so much more understanding and helpful.
