Far too much info is missing to provide decent and accurate advice.
Hahah OK I shall give you that one.
The OP has been reading for a while now, I have a feeling its one of those £999.00 listed for 9.99 items...0 -
Oh, I fully expect that to be the case. There's also the argument that to order 5 of something might be a business contract rather than a consumer one.
Without further info (which may or not be forthcoming), we shall never know. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -

It looks like its 5 separate orders over a few days (not sure if thats pertinent in any way, but to me that seems more 'taking advantage' because if I needed 5 of something chances are I would order 5, not 5 orders of 5, unless there was some benefit to ordering separately)0 -
Take the £50 whilst it is still on offer. That is more than you are legally entitled to.
Yeap what she said
Youre lucky they offered £50 when their maximum liability us the price you paid
Not sure you think you should get anything more but oh hum you dont and won'tWhen will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0 -

Makes no odds
Asdas maximum liability is exactly what you paid
Further more they have no legal obligation to sell you anything at anytime, and your disappointment at not getting a special offer "item" does not change that
(im finding your description of this as "items" irrelevant but increasing suspicious - maybe somthing else you haven't included because you know it doesn't favour your case (paddling pools for 4p each?)When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0 -
Take them to court and let us all know when and where the case is heard.
Could do with the entertainment.0 -

If there hasnt been an obvious pricing error and there was a legally binding contract, asdas liability are the losses that are the natural and direct result of their breach. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
