Critique of my ebook sales page

Personally, I would give the page about 2 seconds before shutting it down!
This is what would put me off very quickly:
There is no info about you - if I had a dyslexic child, I would want to know where the info was coming from - maybe a photo and some background?
'Dear friends' is just a terrible way to start off and makes me cringe - as already said, junk mail springs instantly to mind!
Even if I was interested, I get very annoyed at having to scroll through 5 minutes of crap to get a price. I would need to see that it is something you are selling, a brief line about what it is and a price. Then I may read the info and decide if I truly want it. If I don't have this info at the start, I won't even bother reading it I'm afraid, no matter how good I think it may be!
There is nothing which convinced me you know what you are talking about. I would like to see links to different organisations etc and more specific info about what it is this book is providing me with. It just sounds like a well-oiled sales patter and how many of us trust them?
Hope that helps?0 -
Another point - in agreement with someone else, the blue bullet points make it seem like they are links!0

It is true what Charles W. Eliot (1834-1926) said
Why would anyone want to buy and e-book on dyslexia written by someone who can't construct a grammatical sentence?
Why is the front page written in Americanese? (I didn't read any further).................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0
