Possible to get a copy of the deeds of someone else's house???

Someone has referred to having a copy of the deeds of my house.
Now I know it's perfectly possible to get hold of a copy of the Title Plan of someone else's house, ie you send a few £ to the Land Registry and they send you back a copy.
I hadn't thought it was actually possible to get hold of a copy of the "deeds" of someone else's house (ie the "Deeds" - ie the official thing that will start with "This conveyance on (date) etc etc" that the original owner of the house got given back when the house was built (prior to Title Plan era).
Is it possible?
The second question being that, if they have a copy of my Deeds, then presumably I can get hold of a copy of their "Deeds" (as opposed to just Title Plan)??

using this in google: "getting a copy of deeds for a property"
produced this: https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-property-and-land/copies-of-deeds
which contains this: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/official-copies-of-documents-registration-oc2
none of which of course may relate to the deeds you actually want but at £7 per document its cheap enough to find out if you are right over whatever it is that bothers you !0 -

I have the deeds to every single house I considered buying, also the deeds of some of my neighbours unusual properties because I'm nosey0

Excellent - was wondering what to do with my £70million. I will buy deeds for every house in England & Wales.0

Edit:
An online copy is still £3. An "official copy" by post is £7. I'm breathing normally again...0 -
And copies of other documents the LR hold (eg conveyances, lease etc) referred to in the Title are £7.
That sounds like what I mean, ie the "conveyances". I need to know whether they could get hold of my "conveyances" (ie what obligations/rights I have). Obviously, if they do, then I need theirs in return.
What is the specific form I need to use to request this please? (rather than the "Title Plan")?0 -
Do I detect an escalation in your border dispute?
Frankly, unless someone is taking someone else to court, other people's deeds are not a good source of information....0 -
You might Dafty...you might...
But you also detect me in pretty darn confident mood, as I have had some very good news/advice about what my own Deeds do (or, to be more accurate, DONT contain:T:beer:). Little provincial solicitors are sometimes not the best (cue me thinking "Was that a British understatement or was that a British understatement?;)") and don't think of the most basic things, whereas top-notch national ones on the other hand...:D.
I was reading some parts of my own Deeds with sheer incredulity at the standard they had been written to, but thinking that was just my own view and maybe I wasn't correct in spotting the obvious errors. It aint:D. I was correct it seems. Go me...
I am up against a very very strong-willed selfish individual (who has been very used to getting their own way with many people over the years), but they don't know what they are up against - yet.....
The Selfish One has driven me to despair (just as they hoped, I guess) over recent months, but the Seventh Cavalry has come to my rescue, much to my own surprise. I really wasn't expecting the level of help I'm now getting and wouldn't have dared ask for it and am extremely grateful for it. I don't often (trans. virtually never) get that lucky normally.0 -

the land registry can provide:
a) the title register which lists what the property consists of, who owns it, who has charges on it and what, if any, rights are registered against that property; or
b) the plans register - ie the official map showing the property boundaries comprising the title
the Land Registry will not hold the other documents which historically formed part of the paper deeds since they have no legal relevance anymore in terms of ownership although they may still have legal relevance if you are disputing something set out in them - the only person who will have those documents is the lender if still mortgaged, or the owner if mortgage now paid off
why not follow the links I gave you above and look at the examples provided by the Land Registry to see if it is what you want0
