did anyone see the vat fraud scam a couple of years back, they had bentleys. Also just because they have a car doesnt mean they own it. good old hpDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

That would only be true if my tenants either rotated regularly, or if the property security was otherwise compromised.
As it is, the property is very secure, the dear wife collects all my post, pops it into handy manilla envelopes, and stashes it away in the spotless house until I visit.
I really have no idea why everyone keeps banging on about this idea but this thread is starting to become a bore.
My point is that although it may not has stopped the initial identity theft, if you had more regular access to your post it might have come to light a lot earlier and you could have nipped it in the bud before it became such a large issue.0
