I received same today after parking in Colindale. It made me laugh out loud. 3 people insured to drive vehicle so how will they prove cause of action against the dependent?

You've bumped an almost 2 year old thread for this, why? ancient threads are automatically locked to prevent this. I will ask a forum guide to split your post into a new thread. Please don't bump out of date threads.
Thank youWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

It’s not a good idea to form such an opinion based on a thread that is nearly two years old. Following the introduction of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, it is now possible for the Registered Keeper to be held liable for parking charges in circumstances where the Private Parking Company (PPC) does not know who the driver was.
While a Forum Administrator sets a new thread up for you, it would be a very good idea for you to take time to read the relevant advice in the Newbies Stickies on this Forum.
Napier is one of the most litigious PPCs around; bin this at your peril.0 -

Err - Bin at your peril then - you will get automatic CCJ if you ignore this.

Not quite Edna - Parking Eye is the most litigious and others issue more than Napier such as Devere, District Enforcement CEL and UKCPS0 -
