Sky Broadband link not working

I have been trying since 10:10 this morning to buy Sky Broadband. The MSE bit of the process seems to work okay but when I press the button to buy, the system fails to connect me with Sky. I assume their server can't cope with the traffic. I mean, you can't expect IT professionals to anticipate a problem like that,can you? It's not fair on them :-)
So will I lose out on my MSE voucher part of the deal?
Come on MSE/Sky, pull your finger out!

I can get to the voucher but it takes me to a bundle with TV also on quidco ( seperate to this deal i know but worth mentioning ) it doesnt validate if in a block of 4 or more flats.. any advice be greatly appreciated as I've just started ball rolling to leave EE>0

I'm having problems too 😞 the link goes through to a sky starter bundle with £75 credit not a broadband /line rental only deal. I really want to do this deal and I'm nearly 40 weeks pregnant so fear if I don't do it now I my go in to labour and miss the deal!!! 😩0

It's now 2:30pm and I still can't buy Sky through MSE. How many customers are as committed to giving MSE/Sky money as I am? Many will just give up and go somewhere else. And nobody at MSE seems in the least concerned. What about that mythical beast called customer service? At least let us know what the problem is and whether it is worth persisting and for how long. Wake up MSE :T0

My humble apologies to MSE/Sky for suggesting that their technical operations and customer service might be below par.
The reason for my difficulty was caused my browser's cookie settings; my fault entirely.
I have have just completed my transaction with Sky without difficulty. :rotfl:0 -

I had sky live help working thru this with me yesterday, they concluded the link doesn't work and referred me back to mseYou never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0
