Hey don't know Napoleon, he gave Paris proper wide streets which they have today. He was just trying to do the same for the rest of Europe.0 -

Ah, I see, you "don't know Napoleon". However I think he did try and conquer Europe. Which was the cause of a number of wars, undoubtedly led to many banruptcies, and was responsible for a fair amoutn of terrorism here and there.
Of course the interesting thing is that whilst the OP believes that Napoleon "cancelled debt and interest in France", the truth is that he was one of the founding shareholders of the Banque de France.

Napoleon Bonaparte was responsible for at leat 3.5 million casualties, even on a conservative estimate. The man CONSTANTLY wore underpants on head and pencils up all orifices, he was that mad. Luckilly for us, we had Wellington + Blucher......
