All our PA's have badge mounted cameras for 'evidential' purposes. It is a bit rich if they are advocating, that they can do it, but nobody else can - which is arrogant nonsense.

My car has a DVR that films many PA's surveying my vehicle. Tit for tat!

Yes very good of you to post that, but the reality is the police will not get involved in someone following a council CEO, I don't believe one NoToMob guys have ever been arrested! This Act is not meant to be interpreted for situations like this, you I believe are taking it out context

I'm not familiar with GoToMob, but do you know if they follow the same person more than once, and if a complaint has ever been made to the police about them?

Are you saying that a person who followed an ex-partner around filming them wouldn't be guilty of harassment/stalking, or are you saying that it's okay that people who work for GoToMob do it to these people just because they're council CEOs? You have to be saying one or the other :p

You see you are taking it out of context, there's a vast difference between stalking someone maliciously and following a CEO that nobody knows the name of, and has probably never met before. I don't think a complaint has been made that was taken further. And it's NoToMob , try google

Not in the law there isn't.

Nothing in the Protection from Harrasment Act says that the offender has to know the person they're stalking.

Yes but this will never go beyond a police officer possibly telling someone to stop following a CEO, the fact is the police have other things to do than this, have you ever tried to get them involved in a harassment case ? Trust me I have seen thousands of cases of harassment by parking companies, I have only seen maybe one or two cases and I'm not exaggerating

I expect the reason why is because it relates to the level of distress caused to the victim, and I imagine CEOs think it "comes with the territory" to a certain degree. But rest assured the police would still take claims of serious harassment seriously. If they didn't and the CEO ended up getting murdered, imagine how much criticism the police force would come under.

op - you'll find the particular help you need with a Council ticket on pepipoo. That's their specialism in the parking field, although you'll have plenty of help from here too.

Pepipoo will want redacted pics of the ticket, both sides.

Leaving the annoyance of warden attitude aside, you need to get reading and posting draft responses for help there. Don't let valuable time be swallowed in side issues, however genuine, disturbing, upsetting. You can complain about the behaviour of this Council employee separately.

First, address the matter of the fine[rightly used for once] and see if you can get it nullified.

So you think someone might get murdered then? Can we just keep this to reality please, you are taking this to tangents that is not worth discussing here. It's like saying a parking company who causes harassment are going to murder someone! That's how ridiculous your comment is!

I didn't say it would happen I said that the police would have to take a report of serious harassment, well, seriously, no matter who the report maker is, because of the potential consequences if they don't.

The law doesn't say that it's not harassment if it's a CEO you're harassing!
