these clauses were in all the last places i rented
one i asked the agent, they said do what ever you want so long as you put thing right after, basically the opposite of the contract he'd just had us sign.
2nd one i didn't even ask, she just told us that we could, despite it clearly being forbidden in the contract
the 3rd one i didn't even bother to ask, it was not mentioned, nor did it ever come up in any of the regular inspections that that agent used to carry out.0 -
The place that me and my ex rented, there were pics left by the previous tenant. We did ask if we could put more up. They said yes. As these pics left by the prev tenant were on the inventory - we took them off and put them in a box and put up what we wanted on these hooks and added a few more.
