Previous attempt to claim...can I try again!?

Options
Hi all

I keep seeing Martin's emails about claiming for flight delays and I am kicking myself as I attempted to claim for delays on a flight that was about 5 hours delayed from Tunisia to Gatwick in September 2012. I sent the claim letter off with all the information and received a response letter that fobbed me off, which at the time I accepted as I didn't think it would go anywhere.

Unfortunately I deleted the original letter I sent and the response they sent so I can't remember the exact details (I still have the flight number and the date). So I am not sure as I have tried to claim already whether I can try again?

Is there anywhere I can find out how long the delay was?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks
