In this county i wasn't eligible as I wasn't the driver, adapted wheelchair vehicle so it was specific for me but because i didnt drive I was told i'd be denied. Here they assume the driver will bring the vehicle closer for you to get in.. I know how crazy that is if you need help getting out the house and locking up but that was the rules.
I think it varies a lot from county to county and also depends on the circumstances of who is asking.0 -
Is it possible for your partner to drop you off at the door, then go park? iIm unsure from your post whether you can manage yourself to get into the flat once outside.0
