Are they still having the problems they had last couple months? just shy of 48hr delay from LAX-LGW....would NOT recommend for long haul...
Their euro operations however are supposed to be really good.

We flew CGN-AGP and everything was fine, including free in-flight wifi

It seems the Saturday flights to Orlando are at least part sold to a tour operator, I know Thomsons have been using them for European flights this year but as everyone points out, the US flights are a different kettle of fish altogether. Having said that, Skytrax reviews for the long haul flights are getting better, time wise at least!
  • That's a very good price for Orlando, but given the choice Thomson operate the dreamliner on (almost) the same route, but with a much better track record, and more legroom.

Agree with you about track record but as they both use the Dreamliner how is there any difference in leg room?

I have flown on a Dreamliner and I would absolutely recommend it!

Aircraft on the inside can be very different as the airline often chooses the seats to fit out its aircraft from other people instead of the plane maker. Www.seatguru.com is good for legroom info and there's also http://www.aircraftinteriorsinternational.com
