I did too, but still waiting for an answer. Got one from costumer support though, repeating the same old bs that there's nothing they can do as they don't manage the parking.0 -
The press got pics of VCS driving into the carpark and changing the signs....timing was perfect apparently lol0

If that's the case then ask them who contracted VCS to (mis)manage the car park! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hey wiganwuk, have you been to the gym today? I've been told by the girl in reception that xercise4less has stopped trading with VCS!! No more parking (mis)management. That's a small victory, next they could maybe sort out our invoices…The press got pics of VCS driving into the carpark and changing the signs....timing was perfect apparently lol0 -
I think it's a big victory if that is the case. Dealing with the parking ticket
Ts is small fry compared to getting the PPC kicked out.
We would be crowing about that on this is forum if we succeeded on doing that great news.
Let's just hope they don't install PE instead!
What would be funny was if you suddenly found excel in their place...Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.0 -
It's definite, there was a little paper in reception stating that they received lots of complaints about VCS management. I'll take a pic and post it here. It felt very satisfying.I think it's a big victory if that is the case. Dealing with the parking ticket

Thanks to everyone here! This victory is yours too.0 -
I doubt they're going to bring some other ppc to manage the parking.0

Well I've had an email off xercise4less saying the signs are being changed to benefit members but all existing fines still stand!! I'm not feeling much benefit.
I've got 8 months left in my contract and they want me to pay it up before I leave.
And yes expect it to be rebranded to excel.... That was the van that was spotted...so I bet nothing has changed as its the same company.0 -
